Sunday- Rotisserie Chicken (store bought), Sherry Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli
Monday- Broiled Tilapia Parmesan, Portobello Mushrooms, and Salad
Tuesday- Basil-Balsamic Chops, Polenta, and Roasted Asparagus
Wednesday- Parmesan Pasta with Chicken & Rosemary (using leftover chicken from Sunday) and garlic bread
Thursday- Breakfast- Cottage Cheese Egg Muffins, Biscuits, Bacon, Sausage, and Fruit
I might try to pull together a special dessert for Earth Day. Family Fun has some great ideas. I was thinking chocolate pudding with crushed oreos (dirt) on top with some gummy worms.
