Monday- Fettucine Alfredo with Shrimp (whole wheat fettucine with sauce made with tofu, evaporated swim milk and parmesan cheese), Garlic Bread, and Steamed Broccoli
Wednesday- Caramelized Tofu with shredded brussels sprouts, roasted garlic couscous
Thursday- Pizza (store bought whole wheat crust) and salad
