I actually planned out our meals this week. So here's our menu.
Sunday- Crispy Yogurt Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans
Monday- Turkey Burgers with Brie and Grilled Apples, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad (Portabella Mushroom for me)
Tuesday- Black Bean Chowder and Spinach Enchiladas (maybe some cheese quesadillas for the kids)
Wednesday- Calzones
Thursday-Leftovers

I love the lighting on your chicken. It looks so soft and warm and makes that chicken just want to melt in MY mouth! :)
Mmm, the chicken recipie looks yummy. Gonna have to try that one very soon. I'm trying to get more organized with my menus, thinking ahead. I tend to get into a cooking rut, cooking the same things over and over again. Ugh. Planning the week out would help with that.
