Team Up Thursday- Shadows

Man, oh man. This week's theme was a hard one for me. It has been so dreary and cold lately. The sun only comes out in little spurts. Nothing inside was inspiring me. So a photo of what life has been like around here seemed appropriate (my photo is on the bottom). I love Cara's shot and she has a good story to go along with it, which makes it even more fun. She is in a conference room at work in front of a projector.

I love your Jen, that was my original idea. I like the "feel" of the picture with the shadows of the branches "reaching" out to you.

Your picture Jen, is probably what I would have done too! Black, white and brown is all I see around here lately. Great choice of this shadow being casted all the way across the road. Cara's is so fun. I cant wait to read her story.

I like how there is the feeling of reach in both shots. I think your tree shadow fits the bill perfectly. :)

I guess that's the difference between where you are and where I am...for me, your snowy, shadowy shot look peaceful and sublime. I love that Cara's arm and your tree shadow reach in opposite directions - really keeps the eye moving!

A superb combination - love them (and your blog is fabulous - I shall be back for more!).

I love the way the lines of the shadow are intersecting with the lines of snow on the road. So pretty and sparkly. (I'm girly like that though.) :)
